When you go away to school, you leave your family behind. You leave behind the everyday love and support you feel from your parents. As much as this school feels like a new home, finding that feeling of love takes time. In the presentations class taught by Mark, I felt that same love I feel from home. I had never met anyone that could make me feel so safe and willing to show my true self to others. It always amazed me that he told our whole class that he loved us. I thought, this guy barely knows us, how can he love us. That was the thing about Mark, his capacity for love was so great and powerful. I am so grateful to have known you Mark. You have made me a better person. Not many people have this power creating love. I am so thankful that I had the experience to take his class. Mark, you will be forever missed.
