While my then-husband, Joseph Staub, and I were living in the literary fraternity Alpha Delta Phi at Wesleyan University in Connecticut in 1990(91?), the 'Phi found money in our budget to fly Mark and Colleen out for a magical weekend of storytelling there at the house. It was such a delight to be able to share the amazing Mark, who we knew from our days at the Agoura Renaissance Pleasure Faire, with our siblings in the frat (now the Alpha Delta Phi Society) and the Wesleyan community that I consider that weekend to be among the brightest of bright spots in my time spent on the east coast. It was "two great tastes that taste great together" and I treasure the memories. Mark made such magic in the world and will be sorely missed.
